Ariadne

Veni. Vidi. Landed.

Run your career by the principles you run a business with.

Ariadne is a personal workspace for an executive career transition. It keeps the whole search in one place — the companies you target, the people you talk to, the roles in play and the week ahead — so that every conversation has a next step and nothing is lost between them.

Ariadne is in beta and by invitation. If you were invited, use the address in your invitation.

What Ariadne does

One record of your search, built for the way senior roles are actually found: through people, search firms and a long line of conversations.

Opportunities

Every role you pursue, from first sight to offer, with its stage, its people and the one next step that keeps it moving.

Companies and Channels

Target employers on one side; search firms, interim providers and funds on the other — each with where the relationship stands.

Contacts and Activities

Who you know, how you met, what was said and what you promised — every call, message and meeting on the person's record.

Planner

Your week of planned Activities: what is due, what is waiting on the other side, and when to look again.

Projects

Conferences, articles and campaigns — what you spend time and money on, and what came back from it.

Your profile

Your positioning, target criteria and CV versions in one place, ready whenever a role has to be judged or an application written.

Ariadne and your Google account

Ariadne asks Google for as little as it can, and says here exactly what for.

Always

Sign in with Google

Ariadne has no passwords of its own. It reads the name, email address and profile picture of your Google account, only to sign you in to your own workspace.

Coming in the beta · only if you connect it

Google Calendar

Calendar connection is being introduced during the beta. So that a plan is made against the time that is really free, Ariadne then:

  • Reads the time of your events and — on the calendars you choose — their title, place and participants, to show your real week in the Planner, find free slots, and offer to log a meeting that has ended.
  • Writes only to a separate calendar named "Ariadne" that it creates, where your planned Activities appear. Its Google permission does not allow it to write to your other calendars.
  • Never imports event descriptions or attachments, never passes your events to an AI assistant, and never uses your calendar for advertising or to train AI.

Your AI, by your choice

Ariadne has no AI inside it. You may connect your own assistant — Claude or ChatGPT, for example — to your workspace, so that it reviews your week, prepares an interview or researches a company with your real record in front of it. Your Google Calendar events are not part of what it reads from Ariadne.
